We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or damage.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

  • Items marked Final Sale, Intimates, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Accessories, or Beauty items are non‑returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non‑Returnable & Non‑Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items

  • Lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, and intimate apparel

  • Beauty, cosmetics, and personal‑care items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Items returned with visible wear, damage, or missing components

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned outside the eligibility window

  • Items not in original condition

  • Packages lost due to untracked return shipping

  • Unauthorized returns sent without approval

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • We will prioritize a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you

8. Store Credit
Store credit may be issued for eligible returns upon request. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
